Mr. S.S. Reddy
Promoter-Director

Mr. Reddy is a Commerce graduate and has over two decades of rich experience in trade and industry. As a Managing Director, he looks after the overall management of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Reddy serves as the Chairman of Aparna Enterprises Ltd., a pioneer in trading of ceramic tiles and a leading manufacturer of RMC, uPVC windows/doors and cement blocks in India.

Mr. C.V. Reddy
Promoter-Director

Mr. Reddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has extensive experience in real estate, finance, trading and building activities. He compliments Mr. S.S. Reddy in the overall management of the Company’s affairs.

Mr. Rakesh Reddy C
Director – Marketing

Mr. Reddy helps in establishing, promoting and maintaining Aparna’s brand and is involved in developing and executing strategies for several projects across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He holds degrees in Masters of Science (TIP) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and was conferred the ‘The Minister’s Innovation Award 2010’ from the Ministry of Transportation, Singapore and was nominated for Microsoft’s ‘Innovation Award’ in 2008.

Mr. D.S. Prasad
Director 

A management professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Prasad handles the Marketing, HR, and Corporate Management affairs.

Mr. R. Ramakrishna
Vice President Operations

A postgraduate in Social Sciences from the Delhi School of Social Work, Mr. Ramakrishna is responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the entire Gamut of APMS operations.

Mr. PVR Prasad
General Manager-HR

An MBA graduate having more than three decades of experience in Change Management, General Administration, Training & Development, Mr. Prasad looks after the HR & Admin functions of APMS.

Mr. Manglesh
General Manager - BD and Operations

Mr. Manglesh holds various degrees from renowned universities and has over 16 years of experience in Property & Asset Management and Business Development.

Mr. K.V.N. Madhu
Sr. DGM - Facilities

A Marine Mechanical Engineer with 30 years of combined experience in Indian Navy, Facilities & Residential Property Management, Mr Madhu looks after Facilities and PMS functions of the Nallagandla hub.

Mr. Malikarjun Giri
AGM - Business and Operations

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer having  overall 21 years of vast Experience into  Operations and Business Development  for Integrated Facility and Property Management services. Managed IT campuses, High Rise Buildings, Malls, Residential Properties, Villas etc. Had worked for 10 years in Gulf into the same industry and 5 Years for JLL Operations.

Mr. Vadrevu Kumar
Sr. Manager - Security & Admin

Mr Kumar holds an M. Com and LLB qualification. He has 21 years of experience in General Administration, Facilities Management, and Statutory Compliances & Personnel Management.

Mr. Ambica Prasad
AGM – Facilities

Having a Diploma in Civil Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering with 15 years of experience in Facilities Management, Mr. Prasad is the chief coordinator of all Facilities maintenance functions. He is also a certified in Facility Management from NICMAR.

Mr. Naveen
Sr. Manager - Fire and Safety

Mr. Naveen Prasad holds a B.E. in Mechanical and a Diploma in Industrial Safety. He has 13 years of experience in Safety and Health Engineering and is responsible for the safety function of APMS properties.

Mr. Pavan Kumar
Sr. Manager – Facilities
Mr. Kumar holds a B. Tech degree in Electronics & Instrumentation and has 9 years of experience in operations. Certified in Facility Management from NICMAR, he is also responsible for coordinating & troubleshooting maintenance activities of APMS.
Mr. S.D.J. Prakash Rao
Sr. Manager – Horticulture

Mr. Rao is a post graduate in  M.Sc. Agriculture from Andhra University. He has 26 years of experience in Gulf countries in designing, design supervision, Design execution and maintenance of Landscape and automatic irrigation projects.
